Qualifications:

Position Overview: The Project Manager/Mechanical Draftsperson leads engineering and fabrication projects from concept through completion. The role combines hands-on drafting with project management responsibilities, ensuring all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Project support:
To lead project planning, scheduling, documentation, and communication to ensure smooth execution. Supervise and review the work of drafting personnel assigned. Monitors progress, identifies risks, and implements timely actions to keep projects on track with deadlines and quality expectations.
Drafting:
To produces accurate 2D/3D fabrication and installation drawings, sketches using AutoCAD and/or Inventor to support project design and production needs. Generate work orders and packing list. Conduct field measuring.
